Congratulations to Gray Ouzts for passing the AICP exam!
GRAY OUZTS – Gray earned her Master of Public Administration from University of Georgia and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Policy from Georgia Institute of Technology and has eight years of professional experience with diverse local governments in two states. Gray currently serves as Community and Economic Development Planner with the Central MS Planning and Development District. Her experience includes state and federal grant application and administration, demographic research and conducting surveys, organizing and facilitating community meetings. Gray served as Project Manager for the Highway 80 Corridor Economic Development Strategy for the City of Jackson, MS and also served on the planning team responsible for developing the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District Master Plan
